Description

Synergy was chosen to provide an evaluation service to expedite assessment of proposals, which were submitted by vendors who supplied Y2K diagnostic and remediation tools in response to the Standing RFP. Synergy helped ITSD to develop an evaluation protocol. A team of technical staff reviewed technical capability and effectiveness of assorted hardware and software products in accordance with the protocol, and provided formal evaluation reports for each product.
