Provid business analysis service to identify information systems that the Corporation requires to support Project Development activities.

Approach

Input was obtained from a cross section of staff from project assistants to directors, as well as external sources. This was accomplished by a series of interviews and workshops.

Results

Synergy compiled the comprehensive Business Analysis Report and Recommendation Plan.
