Enhance the existing Access MOC Database to improve the ability to track document requests, allow single point of data entry and the ability to retrieve information as reports. This system, developed in MS Access, tracks and manages the process of implementing document changes for ships and offices in their shipping line. The system allows them to track the requests for changes, and the accompanying decision-making processes, that occurs as a routine function in maintaining the requisite policy, procedure, and safety documentation onboard their ships and in their branch offices.
