Wordsmythe teaches Screenwriting Essentials to aspiring screenwriters through a mix of online training materials, DVDs, workbooks and classes.

Goal

Approach

Enhance website to better promote Wordsmythe Screenwriting Essentials services, and encourage more customers to purchase screen writing educational on-line courses and training materials.
Incorporate video throughout the site to enhance sales and the education delivery.
Implement Silverstripe content management system based in Ajax, PHP and MySQL to enable the customer to update the content on the website.
Add enhanced functionality to Silverstripe to handle online sales and student management. Link to Paypal for credit card payment; automatically create user accounts for students to secure areas of the online training system for the specified period of time they purchase; then automatically disable their access to the online training upon the completion of the time they purchased.
Enhanced graphics using Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Quicktime and video.
Implementing sales page with the key messages in key languages native to the client's key target markets (such as India, etc), and incorporating into the new site. This will significantly help the site to be found through search engine optimization in these markets as well.
Advanced search engine and associated training sessions to teach the client how to increase their search engine rank.

Results

The client now has a website enabling them to increase sales around the world, update content as desired, and the infrastructure to deliver online training.
